At Designity, all products are made to order and printed specifically for each customer through our print-on-demand production partner.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Ordering the wrong color, style, or design

  • Personalized or custom items

Please review all product descriptions, sizing charts, and customization details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Once reviewed, we will work with our production partner to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier and our production partner to investigate and determine the best resolution.
